Service agreements — multi-pool contracts
Agreements lock in recurring service — per-pool pricing, frequency, terms, and e-signature — so you can stop chasing invoices.
Open agreements
Sidebar → Agreements. You'll see every agreement sorted by status (Drafts, Sent, Active, Paused, then the rest). A compliance summary bar flags agreements where visits or billing are out of whack.
Start a new one
Click New Agreement (or visit the New page). Pick a template if you have one, choose the customer, then select one or more of that customer's pools.
Configure each pool
Per pool, set Frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Custom), preferred day of week, and the Pricing model: Monthly flat (fixed per month), Per visit (charge each time), or Tiered (base amount + overage above a threshold). Add a checklist and per-pool notes if you want.
Set the term
Term type: Month-to-month, 6 month, or 12 month. End date auto-calculates for fixed terms. Auto renew keeps it rolling.
Terms, cancellation, waiver
Three editable legal blocks: Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Liability Waiver. Internal Notes are office-only (customer never sees them).
Save draft or send
Save as Draft keeps it private. Save & Send emails the customer a signature link + PDF. They e-sign → the agreement flips to Active and billing kicks off automatically.
Amend, pause, renew, cancel
On any active agreement: Amend (frequency change, pricing change, term extension — requires re-signature), Pause (stops billing, resume later), Renew (extend dates), or Cancel (respects the notice period in your org settings).
Compliance tracking
Active agreements are checked automatically: if visits fall behind schedule or billing goes overdue, the agreement shows a Warning or Breach badge so you can catch it before the customer does.
