We target 99.9% monthly uptime for DeweyIQ, measured from our status page.
Uptime target
99.9% monthly uptime for the core application, excluding the items listed under Exclusions.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance is communicated in advance and scheduled during low-traffic windows. Minor deploys happen continuously and do not require downtime.
Service credits
If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, eligible customers may request a prorated service credit equal to the following percentage of that month's subscription fees:
- 99.0% to < 99.9% uptime: 10% credit
- 95.0% to < 99.0% uptime: 25% credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit
Credits must be requested within thirty (30) days of the affected month by emailing support@deweyiq.com. Credits apply to future invoices and are the sole remedy for uptime failures.
Exclusions
- Third-party outages (Stripe, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, carrier SMS).
- Beta or preview features clearly labeled as such.
- Force majeure events.
- Customer-caused outages (misconfiguration, abuse of limits).
