Free trial
Every account includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you don't pick a plan by day 14, the account enters a read-only state until you do.
Subscription & renewal
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your tier. We'll send you a receipt for every charge.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before raising the price of an existing plan. You can cancel before the change takes effect without penalty.
Refunds
Monthly charges are non-refundable. Annual charges may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within the first thirty (30) days of the annual term. After the 30-day window, annual charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your plan remains active until then. After cancellation, your account moves into read-only mode for a thirty (30) day retention window during which you can export any data you need. At the end of the retention window, your account and all Customer Data are permanently deleted.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe Tax calculates and charges any required sales tax at checkout.
