AI assistants in DeweyIQ
DeweyIQ's AI features are built into the field app and back office — no separate setup.
AI photo diagnosis
In a stop on the field app, take or upload a photo (pool, cell, cartridge, equipment). Tap Diagnose. The AI analyzes the image and returns likely issues — algae, staining, corrosion, equipment wear — with severity and recommended next steps.
AI voice notes
On a stop, tap the mic button and describe what you did. The AI transcribes and extracts structured data — chemistry readings, dosing amounts, checklist updates, issues to flag. Review before saving.
Predictive chemistry
On a stop with enough history, a prediction card shows before you take readings — estimated values and suggested pre-load dosing based on past trends. Helps you load the right chemicals before pulling up.
Smart service reports
When you complete a stop, the AI can draft the customer-facing service summary in plain language — what you did, what you noticed, what the customer should know.
Churn prediction
On customer records, the AI flags accounts showing early churn signals — declining visits, complaints, payment delays — so you can save them before they cancel.
Where data goes
All AI runs through Anthropic (Claude Haiku). Photos and text are sent to their API for processing and are not used to train models. No customer PII is stored at Anthropic.
We're here.
