Deposits, e-signature & Good/Better/Best on quotes
Everything a customer needs to approve and pay a quote happens on one page — no phone tag.
Require a deposit
In the quote builder, set a required deposit as a flat amount or a percentage of the total. The customer pays it as part of approving the quote (via Stripe). You can require the deposit before the approval goes through, and set a default deposit in Settings so new quotes start with it.
Photos and video
Attach photos and up to two short videos so the customer sees exactly what you're quoting. They show on the customer-facing approval page.
Good / Better / Best
Group line items into tiers (e.g. Good, Better, Best). The customer picks one package on the approval page — the total updates live, and only the chosen tier carries through to the invoice.
E-signature & on-site sign-off
The customer approves by typing their name and signing on a signature pad. In the field you can hand your device to the customer to review and sign on the spot.
Internal notes stay private
Notes you add for your own team are never shown to the customer on the quote.
The deposit nets out on the invoice
When the approved quote becomes an invoice, any deposit already paid is applied automatically — the customer is billed only the remaining balance.
