Open Seasonal
Sidebar → Seasonal. Each campaign (e.g., 'Spring openings 2026') bundles customers, pools, assigned techs, and a checklist. Owner and office only.

Create a campaign
Name it, pick a date range, set the service type (opening, closing, or custom), optionally pick a checklist template.

Add customers and pools
Add customers to the campaign — each entry tracks status: Pending → Contacted → Confirmed → Scheduled → Completed (or Declined / No response).

Schedule and track
Once confirmed, schedule the work (creates a work order on the target date). The campaign view tracks completion across the whole batch.
