Connect Stripe to accept payments

DeweyIQ uses Stripe Connect — your customers pay you, not us. Money lands in your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule.

Open integrations

Settings → Integrations → Stripe Connect. Click 'Connect Stripe'.

Stripe-hosted onboarding

You're redirected to Stripe. Verify your business (legal name, EIN, address), bank account (routing + account), and the person responsible. Standard KYC — most accounts are fully verified in minutes.

Return to DeweyIQ

Stripe redirects you back. We confirm your onboarding is complete. The 'Connected' badge shows on your integrations page.

Customer payment options

Once connected, customers can pay via card (2.9%+30¢) or ACH bank transfer (0.8%, capped at $5). AutoPay works for both. No markup from us — Stripe's standard fees.

If onboarding is incomplete

Stripe sometimes asks for additional documents (e.g. proof of address, EIN letter). The integrations page shows what's pending — click 'Continue Stripe onboarding' to provide what's missing.
