Open Team
Sidebar → Team. Tabs depend on role. Owner: Dashboard, Members, Roles, PTO, Documents, Schedules, Time Clock. Office: Members, PTO, Documents, Schedules, Time Clock. Tech: PTO only (their own).
Members & invites
Members tab lists everyone on your org. Owner can change a member's role. Invite (top right, owner only) sends an email invite with a signup link. Note: portal invites for CUSTOMERS live on the customer record, not here.
PTO
PTO tab shows balances (hours + accrual rate) per tech per type (Vacation, Sick, Personal). Techs see only their own and can hit Request time off — pick dates, hours, notes. Owner/office reviews pending requests and hits Approve or Deny.
Documents
Track certifications (CPR, license, etc.) with expiry dates. Owner uploads files and sets expiry; the system flags expiring docs before they lapse.
Schedules (availability)
Schedules holds each tech's weekly availability windows and blocked dates (PTO, medical, etc.). Used by the schedule-building tools so you can't accidentally route someone on their day off.
Time Clock
Weekly timesheet view (Mon–Sun) per tech with daily gross and net (after breaks). Owner/office can edit entries; owner approves the full week. Once approved, the timesheet pushes to QuickBooks for payroll if QBO is connected.
Roles (owner only)
Roles tab creates custom role overlays on top of the base roles (owner, office, tech). Toggle specific permissions per role, assign to members from the Members tab.
