Confirm they're assigned to today's route
Open Schedule → today → look for their stops. If their route is empty, no stops were generated for them. Check schedule rules for typos.

Confirm they're logged in as themselves
Have them confirm via the avatar dropdown that the email shown is theirs. A shared login = they see whoever the login is assigned to.

Sync issue
Field app top bar → check sync status. If 'queued' is high, force a sync from the menu. Worst case: log out and back in.

PWA cached old version
Have them quit the app fully (swipe up on iOS) and relaunch. If still wrong, uninstall and reinstall the PWA.
