Alerts — what they mean and how to act
Open Alerts
Sidebar → Alerts. The header shows active count. Outstanding stops (work the field team didn't complete) appear at top. Weather reschedule proposals come next. Everything else lives in the alert feed with filter chips.
Alert types
Missed stop (critical — didn't get completed today). Declining chemistry (warning — params trending out of range). Incomplete data (warning — visits with fewer than 2 key readings). Unprofitable pool (margin below threshold over 30 days). Predictive chemistry (early warning from regression). Equipment degradation (health monitoring). Safety alert (critical).
Snooze or dismiss
Every alert has Snooze (1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week) and Dismiss. Dismissed alerts don't come back unless the underlying condition repeats.
Reschedule a missed stop
On a missed-stop alert, click Reschedule today to create a new stop today (or pick a future date) and mark the original skipped. Assign to tech lets you re-route it.
Filter chips
Use the filter chips (All, Declining chemistry, Predictive trends, Incomplete data, Unprofitable pools, Equipment, Safety) to cut through a busy feed. Clear All wipes the current filtered set.
