Open dispatch
Sidebar → Dispatch. The page shows a map with all today's stops as numbered pins, color-coded per tech. The left rail shows the stop list grouped by tech.

Live tech positions
Each tech shows as a colored pulse on the map (location streams from their phone while a stop is active — privacy-aware). Watch them move between stops in real time.

Filter by tech
Top-right of the map: pick 'All techs' or just one. The stop list filters too.

Reassign a stop
Drag a stop from one tech's list to another's. The field app updates within seconds — both techs see the change.

Reschedule mid-day
Right-click any stop → 'Reschedule'. Pick a new day. The customer is notified per your notification settings.
