Fix work the field team didn't mark complete
Find stops the field team didn't close
Sidebar → Alerts. The 'Outstanding stops' panel lists every stop scheduled before today that isn't complete, skipped, or a holiday — grouped by date with how many days late. Owner and office can both act on them.
Mark a stop complete on behalf of the tech
Click 'Complete' on the stop. Set 'Completed at' to when the tech actually finished (not now) and 'Completed by' to who did the work — it defaults to the assigned tech. A minimal service visit is recorded and the assigned tech is notified. Chemistry and photos aren't filled in.
Fix a stop completed by mistake
If a stop was completed with the wrong time or tech, use 'Revert' (owner/office) to send it back to scheduled — this clears the completion stamps — then Complete it again with the correct time and tech.
Complete a work order the tech never closed
Open the work order (Work orders → the WO). On an approved, scheduled, or in-progress WO, click 'Mark complete', then set the actual completion time and who did the work. This runs the normal completion flow (customer notification, invoice-ready).
Correct a work order's recorded completion
On a completed work order, 'Edit completion' lets you fix the recorded time or the tech who did it after the fact — without resending customer notifications.
Field completions record the real time automatically
When a tech completes a stop offline (no signal), the app stamps the moment they tapped Complete and records that — not the later time the phone reconnects and syncs. Editing a finished visit never rewrites its original completion time.
