Open the Rules tab
Sidebar → Schedule → Rules tab. Each rule generates stops automatically based on the cadence you pick.
Create a rule
Pick the customer and pool, choose Frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Custom), set preferred day of week, and a duration estimate. Save.
From agreements
When a customer signs a service agreement, DeweyIQ automatically provisions the matching schedule rules — one per pool with the agreement's frequency and preferred day.
Blackout dates
Holidays and org-wide blackouts live on the Holidays tab. Stops won't generate on those dates. Per-tech blocked dates live on the Team → Schedules tab.
Anchor date
Weekly and biweekly rules snap to the preferred day of week. If no preferred day is set, rules anchor to the customer's signup date.
