Generate Invoices turns a period's completed service into invoices in one pass — with filters so you bill exactly the slice you want.
Start a billing run
Billing → Generate Invoices. Pick the period, review the customers DeweyIQ will bill, and send. Invoice numbers are still assigned sequentially at the moment each invoice sends.
Filter the run
Narrow a run to a single customer, to a lifecycle status, or to a customer tag — useful for billing just one segment, or re-running after a fix.
Combined vs. Per location
Toggle how multi-pool customers are billed. Per location produces one invoice per pool for per-stop and plus-chemicals billing models. Combined bills everything on a single invoice. Flat-rate, tiered, and custom models always bill one combined invoice regardless of the toggle.
Who gets skipped
Paused customers, and anyone already invoiced for the period, are skipped automatically — so re-running a batch never double-bills.
