Schedule a future frequency change
Seasons change service needs. You can line up a cadence change ahead of time instead of remembering to do it the day it takes effect.
Open the schedule rule
Edit the customer's schedule rule and choose 'Change frequency later'. Pick the new cadence (e.g. weekly → biweekly) and the date it should take effect.
Current schedule keeps running until then
Nothing changes today — the current cadence keeps generating stops right up to the switch date, when the new frequency takes over automatically. Set the date to today and it applies on the next daily run.
Queue several, cancel any not yet applied
You can stack multiple future changes — they apply in date order and each replaces the one before it (weekly → biweekly in June, biweekly → monthly in September). Any change that hasn't taken effect yet can be canceled.
