Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can pick any tier upfront (Solo Route, Growing Route, Pro, Full Operations, or Enterprise). The trial gives you full access to every feature.
Pick a plan
Settings → Subscription. Choose monthly or annual (annual saves you 2 months). Stripe Checkout handles payment — card or ACH.
Pool-count tiers
Solo Route: up to 75 pools / $149/mo. Growing Route: up to 150 pools / $299/mo. Pro: up to 300 pools / $499/mo. Full Operations: up to 500 pools / $749/mo. Enterprise (self-serve): 501+ pools, $999/mo base + $4/pool over 500. Every tier has every feature — no feature gating.
What if I exceed my limit?
You get a 7-day grace window with a banner. After grace, new pool creation is paused (existing pools keep working). Upgrade anytime to clear the limit instantly.
Manage payment + cancel
Settings → Subscription. Update your payment method, view invoice history, switch plans, or cancel — all in-app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens after I cancel
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account enters read-only mode for a 30-day retention window — you can log in, review records, and export what you need. At the end of the 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted.
