Invite a customer to the portal
Portal invites always go out from the customer's record — never from the Team page.

Open the customer
Customers → pick the customer. On the Overview tab, find the Portal access block.

Send the invite
Click Send portal invite. Confirm the email (pre-filled from the customer record). Hit send. They get a branded email with a setup link.

Resend or revoke
If they didn't see the first one, Resend invite. If they've left and you need to cut access, Revoke access — they lose login immediately.

What they see
Invoices (view, pay, enroll in AutoPay), service reports, photos, messages, agreements, payment plans. Nothing internal — no cost data, no other customers.
