Open Inbox
Sidebar → Inbox. Threads on the left, conversation on the right. Each thread is a customer who sent or received a portal message. Owner and office only.

Reply to a customer
Click a thread. Type your reply. It delivers through the portal and, if the customer has email/SMS notifications on, reaches them there too. Threads stay attached to the customer record.

Start a new conversation
Use the new-message button, pick a customer, type your message. It creates (or continues) their thread.

Broadcast to techs (owner only)
Owners can send a bulk SMS or email to all techs from Inbox — useful for weather delays, schedule changes, or end-of-day announcements. Every broadcast is logged so you have a record.
